The people are the most important thing for us. Experience shows that nothing beautiful can grow absent there being a healthy, trustworthy relationship built on the shoulders of mutual respect. But we also believe that respect is something which must be earned. This is why we always meet with our clients, first, to come up with a rock-solid plan before ever choosing to work together. It has to be a “good fit” or its a non-starter for us. We each have to be coachable becuase this only works if we are able to coach a winning team. That’s character.

The product is the deal we get you. It’s the scoreboard of the house you buy, the check you get when you sell or the rate & fee on your loan. But here’s the rub: most agents & lenders behave like taxi drivers zipping you hastily to your destination regardless if it’s the best route. Then you pay them, get out & they take off never to be heard from again. We are always playing the long-game. We plan to be the ones you call when it’s time move so we have to stand behind our scoreboards. It’s just good business. That’s accountability.

The process is the experience. This is what our clients have told us the real reward of working with us, is. It’s also the #1 thing which most people complain about being “broken” when asked how the experience of buying or selling their home, was.
