Underwriting is where the nightmares can happen. Ask anyone who’s been there and they’ll tell you that most frustrating things about a loan are 1) endless requests, and 2) lack of communication. Well we’ve solved that. By pre-underwriting your loan we’ll already be ahead of the game, limiting underwriter requests. Also, our communication system (your own transaction website) allows you to always be aware of what’s happening and when.
