How Could This Have Happened?
Once upon a time there was a couple who after successfully buying their first home, had a "family on the grow," and grew out of it.
Every day they wondered if the timing was ever going to be perfect to start the process of selling first, and if they'd find what they needed out there for the next home.
One day, after having worked with Dave from The GHG on a previous transaction, they decided to reach out to see if we could help, which landed Raul & Marissa in an Initial Consultation w/ Jesse to come up with the plan.
Because of that, we determined what we believed we could see the home for & what the optimal home would look like, and why.
Because of that, they got pre-approved w/ David and we got the show on the road! Which just so happened to land us a Top Dollar Sale for their home for the neighborhood! —>

And then finally, 5 months & 12 days after sitting down with the couple in the very beginning, they got the keys on a newer, spacious home with a big backyard in a great community for setting down great family roots of their own.
