We’re excited to announce Paws for Pads, a new program from The GreenHouse Group that helps rescue pets find loving homes while helping families grow.
Beginning June 1, 2026, eligible GreenHouse Group clients may receive up to $500 toward adoption fees when adopting through one of our approved rescue partners.

We’re grateful to the rescue organizations, fosters, volunteers, and adopters who give animals a second chance every day. Through Paws for Pads, we’re honored to play a small part in helping more pets find the homes and families they deserve. Because finding a home can change a life—whether you’re carrying the keys or arriving with paws.
Program Details & Terms
- Available to eligible GreenHouse Group clients only.
- One-time adoption fee sponsorship available for up to one (1) dog or up to two (2) cats.
- Maximum sponsorship amount is $500 total per eligible client.
- Sponsorship applies to adoption fees only and does not cover veterinary expenses, training, supplies, licensing, insurance, grooming, boarding, or future pet-related costs.
- Adoption must be completed through an approved rescue partner organization.
- Rescue organizations retain sole discretion regarding adoption approvals and placements. Sponsorship does not guarantee adoption approval.
- Sponsorship funds are paid directly to the rescue organization and have no cash value.
- Adoption must be completed within twelve (12) months of the client’s qualifying real estate transaction closing date.
- Participation is optional and subject to program availability.
- The GreenHouse Group reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. Previously approved sponsorships will not be affected by future program modifications.
