New Loan Program to HELP Home Buyers

Fannie Mae has rolled out a new loan program called “HOME READY.”   Now I must admit upfront that I have some serious misgivings about this program but, I think it will really open up the door for some buyers that have been priced out of the market by the recent rise in home prices.

This program is geared toward Low to Moderate income and minority borrowers. But one loop hole allows a person, of any income level, to purchase a home in identified “low income” area.
