[San Diego, CA] If you’re a home buyer, you need to be doing this
Hey gang!! so here I am outside of this beautiful home🏠 in Poway, waiting for my clients to arrive so I can hand him some keys🔑 and just want to talk real quick about this current market environment.⠀
Everybody knows that it’s absolutely crazy. Trying to get your name on a place has never been more difficult in my career of almost coming up on 25 years doing this.⠀
But a couple of things that people are doing to be successful in this market is obviously being as flexible as possible with the sellers. Probably about 80 percent of my deals were writing into the contract like, hey, listen, the seller can stay in the property for a couple of weeks or 30 days, even some situations where people are asking for and we’re giving them up to 60 days to stay in the property after we’ve even closed escrow.⠀
Now, sounds kind of crazy in this day of the COVID😷, but that’s just one piece of probably seven or eight different things that you can do to really set yourself, you know, apart from the other buyers out there.⠀
It’s not a, you know, a technique that other people are that I’m using that’s exclusive. You know, a lot of people know about that, but there’s probably about seven or eight other things that I’m doing right now to get people into contract and have been very successful at doing so.⠀
