Did The Wall Street Journal Gets News Ideas from The GreenHouse Group’s Blog post?

On August 14th the WSJ published an article discussing the use of VA Loans in stead of Jumbo loans.  Click here to read it.   It’s a good article and discusses some important points about the creative use of VA loans.  Ok I’m not one to brag (yes I am) but I wrote about this very topic nearly 1 month earlier.  You can find that article here.

So what does this really mean?  Obviously I don’t think that the WSJ is reading my blog to get ideas – but who’s to say they aren’t .  I think the more important point here is that it validates our expertise.  It highlights the idea that we, as a local service provider, have our pulse on the needs of our clients.  It shows that as a modestly sized company we’re able to identify and react to changes and trend in our environment.  Finally, it shows that we are on the cutting edge of creative uses of financing in order to help our clients more easily achieve their goals of home ownership and saving money.

Big ups to the folks over at the WJS for highlighting our story.  Next time, we wouldn’t mind a plug or a little credit 🙂
