    It’s no secret that the real estate industry has evolved in numerous ways over the last decade.   With the internet, buyers have unprecedented access to property information at their fingertips, without depending on a real estate agent.     If you are planning to shop for a home in the next few weeks, here’s an early spring buying season come-on that just might save you money if you qualify.  Fannie Mae, the largest mortgage investor in the country has acquired 31,000 properties and offering a 3.5% cash incentive toward the purchase price.  Your offer has to be submitted by March 31 and close by May 31. Who is eligible?  First or next time buyers…anyone is welcome, no matter how many properties you have previously purchased. You must be a bona fide owner-occupant purchaser and commit to live n the house as a primary residence for a year. You will also need to be able to qualify for mortgage financing.
