How Could This Have Happened?
Once upon a time there was a couple who after braving the badlands of youthful PB for a spell, knew that it was time to land some roots of their own.
Every day they wondered if they could live anywhere else because they knew it probably meant moving from the beach & bay … in a spot they loved and called home.
One day, they decided to reach out to someone who could help, which landed them both in an Initial Consultation w/ Jesse to come up with the plan.
Because of that, we determined what the optimal home would look like, and why.
Because of that, they got pre-approved w/ Dave and we got the show on the road! Which just happened to have coincided with one of the most aggressive real estate markets in history, with thousands of buyers flocking to the quickly ascending prices while the interest rates remained historically low. —>

We paced the search, giving ample time after the first meeting to get things in order, then we got rolling. We ruminated between the beach, and just inland, trying to find the perfect mix of location and price. Until finally, 13 months after sitting down with the couple, they got the keys on a remodeled, larger, spacious home in a great community for setting down roots of their own.
