How Could This Have Happened?
Once upon a time there was a couple who after living and loving living in the city (SF) chose to move closer to the sun.
Every day they wondered if the big move was in the cards, and if now was the time to do it.
One day, they decided to reach out to someone who could help, which landed them in an Initial Consultation w/ Jesse to come up with the plan.
Because of that, we determined what the optimal home would look like, and why, and got pre-approved as well.
Because of that, we waited first for quite some time, then got the plan in action by going out and touring as many homes as we could toward the slower, winter months instead of the busy summer months. —>

Until finally, over a year and 4 home tours later, they got the keys on a remodeled, larger, spacious home with a tremendous back yard in a great community for setting down roots of their own.
