Once upon a time there was a brilliant young lady who after renting for plenty of time knew that now was the time to land a home of her own.
Every day she wondered if the timing was ever going to be perfect to start the process and if she'd find what she needed.
One day, they decided to reach out to someone who could help, which landed Erin in an Initial Consultation w/ Jesse & Craig to come up with the plan.

Which just happened to have coincided with one of the most aggressive real estate markets in history, with thousands of buyers flocking to the quickly ascending prices while the interest rates remained historically low. —>
