How Could This Have Happened?
Once upon a time there was a couple who were ready to move on and sell their old home which had become their rental.
Every day they wondered if the timing was ever going to be right to cash-in before having to lease the home for another painful year.
One day, they were in a conversation with a past client of ours and they were asking for help, which landed them in an Initial Consultation w/ Jesse to see where they stood.
Because of that, we determined that IF the home were staged and cleaned up, we could get them the fresh start they so desired.
