Meet David

Since 2007 I have been a grateful member of The GreenHouse Group. My contribution is helping people find money when they want to buy or refinance a home. I am native to California and while I’ve lived in several parts of the state, I call San Diego home. I graduated in 1998 from Pacific Union College with a BA in Spanish and minor in Business.

I had always wanted to own a home and didn’t think it was possible. After working two jobs for several years, I successfully purchased my first home in 2002 and unexpectedly it lit a fire in me to help others do the same. I started my career in real estate in 2003 and after twenty years the fire is still burning.

 

I’m so grateful and humbled to be a part of someone’s journey to homeownership. My purpose is to serve others by extending a hand and helping people get from where they are now to where they want to be through the vehicle of real estate financing. I am currently licensed by the Department of Real Estate as a real estate broker.
