How Could This Have Happened?
Once upon a time there was a brilliant young mind who had a dream of becoming financially independent.
Every day she wondered if she was going to be able to put this plan to action, and wanted to start by becoming a homeowner.
One day, she decided to reach out to someone who could help, which landed Kyrsty in a Free HomeBuyer Class w/ David Hughson to come up with the plan.
Because of that, she determined that it was possible and quickly scheduled a "Huddle Up" with Jesse Ibanez to discover what the optimal home would look like, and why. She knew it would be tough, but among other things she wanted to get a detached home in an up-and-coming neighborhood.
Because of that, she got pre-approved w/ Dave and we got the show on the road! Which just happened to have coincided with one of the most aggressive real estate markets in history, with thousands of buyers flocking to the quickly ascending prices while the interest rates remained historically low. —>
