How Could This Have Happened?
Once upon a time there was a couple, Joe & Morgen, who lived happily in Paris, France with their beautiful boy, Soren.
Every day they wondered if it was time to move back to the states from their romantic flat in Paris to get a fresh start and raise their boy.
One day, they decided to reach out to someone who could help and found us, which landed Joe & Morgen in an Initial Consultation w/ Jesse to come up with the plan.
Because of that, we determined what the optimal home would look like, and why.
Because of that, they got pre-approved w/ Jeremy and we got the show on the road! Which just happened to have coincided with one of the most aggressive real estate markets in history, with thousands of buyers flocking to the quickly ascending prices while the interest rates remained historically low. —>

The process was a little bit unique, in that Joe and Morgen weren't here to *physically* see the homes, so we had to do the local scouting for them. They were great students of the game, and because of that – we were able to get them a detached home of their own, in one of the more up-and-coming neighborhoods in San Diego!
