How Could This Have Happened?
Once upon a time there was a couple who after getting married & having their first child, we're bursting at the seams in thier apartment.
Every day they wondered if they'd be able to plant roots in San Diego and afford a home of their own.
One day, they decided to reach out to someone who they hoped could help, which landed them in an Initial Consultation w/ Jesse to come up with a plan.
Because of that, we determined that we needed a detached home with a yard and some character, and we knew "why."
Because of that, they got pre-approved w/ David and we got the show on the road! Which just happened to have coincided with one of the most aggressive real estate markets in history, with thousands of buyers flocking to the quickly ascending prices while the interest rates remained historically low. —>

We saw many homes together, and wrote *strong offers* on the good ones. We even thought that maybe a condo or townhome was where we needed to be because the prospects were looking grim. Until finally, 7 months after sitting down with the couple, I was able to find them a home that was just coming on the market with a seller who I had previously spoken to. The seller pulled for us, knowing the great family which would carry on the great legacy of the home, and the deal was made. Now they have detached home with a yard and room to grow.
