How Could This Have Happened?
Once upon a time there was a couple who after basically owning their own home already (renting from mom and dad), but without the ownership benefits, knew that now was the time to land a home of their own.
Every day they wondered if the timing was ever going to be perfect to start the process and if they'd find what they needed.
One day, they decided to reach out to someone who could help, which landed Julien & Erin in an Initial Consultation w/ Jesse to come up with the plan.
Because of that, we determined what the optimal home would look like, and why. We knew we wanted a "cozy nest" full of lifestyle which complimented their stage in life, but that was also a great financial choice which represented their "next step."

Because of that, they got pre-approved w/ Jeremy and we got the show on the road with Anahi! Which just happened to have coincided with one of the more aggressive real estate markets in history, with lots of buyers, not a lot of homes to pick from, while the interest rates remained historically low.
Until finally, 2 months & 30 days after sitting down with the couple, they got the keys on a newer, spacious home in a great community for lifestyle and are setting down roots of their own.
