How Could This Have Happened?
Once upon a time there was a couple who after falling in love decided to set down roots of their own.
Every day they wondered, because of their very transient jobs & global travels, where they would set down roots.
One day, they decided to give San Diego the vote and chose to reach out to someone who could help, which landed Sharon in an Initial Consultation w/ Jesse to come up with the plan.
Because of that, we determined what the optimal home would look like, and why.
Because of that, they got pre-approved w/ Dave and we got the show on the road! Which just happened to have coincided with one of the most aggressive real estate markets in history, with thousands of buyers flocking to the quickly ascending prices while the interest rates remained historically low. —>

We saw many homes together, and it was challenging because with their very demanding work schedules we weren't always able to see them as a family. Until finally, 6 months after sitting down with them, we found the perfect home! And despite some serious transactional challenges the seller and other agent put in front of us, they got the keys on a great home with a nice big yard for Sharon to plant her garden in a great community for setting down roots of their own.
